Do You Offer Dry Hire?
To ensure you get the best results from your sound systems, we only offer fully supported sound system hire. This includes delivery and set up so that you can enjoy your event without having to worry about the technicalities.
Can I Book Last Minute?
Yes, if you have a last-minute enquiry, get in touch. We hold an extensive stock of high-end sound equipment and have the flexibility and expertise to adapt to urgent requests.
Does The Equipment Have PAT Certification?
Yes, all our equipment is PAT tested and certified.
Can I Change or Cancel My Reservation?
If you need to amend your booking or even cancel, you can do so for free up to 7 days before set-up time. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of up to 100% thereafter.
What Are The Minimum and Maximum Hire Periods?
The minimum hire period is one week and the maximum is two weeks. If you require a longer period, please get in touch for a special price.
Do You Sell Your Rental Equipment?

What If I Need To Keep The Equipment Longer Than I Booked?
During events, sometimes equipment will be required for a longer period. If this is the case, simply give us a call so that we can arrange an extension on the hire.
Do I Need Insurance For The Rented Equipment?
You (the Hirer) are required to arrange insurance against the risk of loss or damage to our equipment. Alternatively, we can add insurance cover at a daily cost of £20+VAT.
Note: No insurance is required if the equipment is installed and operated by one of our sound engineers.
What Is Your Return Policy at Sova Audio?
At Sova Audio, returns are welcome within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please email info@sova-audio.co.uk stating your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide a return label. Once your return item is received, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.
Note - To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags still attached (if applicable).
